Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Sales to lead out commercial strategy and drive revenue growth across our products and services. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our sales operations, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with company objectives
• Lead, mentor and manage the sales team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
• Oversee key account management and customer relationship development
• Collaborate with the operation teams to ensure client needs are met
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform better sales reporting/tactics.
• Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
Requirements:
• Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role – preferably within the crane, heavy equipment or construction industry (not essential)
• Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Willingness to travel as required
