As a CPCS Crane Supervisor within our dynamic team, you will be responsible for the management and safety of our lifting operations across diverse sectors, including Oil & Gas, Renewables, Construction & Civils, Rail, Shipbuilding, and Utilities.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team to ensure compliance with regulations, prioritising the health and safety of all personnel involved.
• Coordinate and supervise lifting activities in alignment with detailed Lifting Plans.
• Conduct comprehensive briefings for all members of the lifting team.
• Maintain a constant presence during lifting operations, implementing corrective measures for any unsafe conditions.
• Ensure that only registered operators and designated personnel participate in lifting operations.

Our projects often demand flexibility in working hours, with occasional overtime required to meet project deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Hold a clean, current, and full driving license.
• Hold a current CPCS card with the category of Crane Supervisor (Lifting Operations).
• Possess the skills and knowledge needed to carry out the duties of the Crane Supervisor as defined in BS7121 Part 1 (General) 1998.
• Ability to communicate technical information to clients and other co-workers.
• Be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative.
